I recently stayed at the luxurious Shangri-La hotel in Tokyo for a week. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. The room on the 35th floor offered breathtaking views of Tokyo, including the stunning Tokyo Sky Tree. The spacious and clean room, along with the extra-large and comfortable bed, made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel also had a great fitness room and indoor pool, which added to the overall experience. With free WiFi throughout the hotel and a convenient location near Tokyo Station, this hotel was truly top-notch.

The hotel's location near Tokyo station is incredibly convenient for backpackers. With easy access to train lines, guests can connect to any destination in Japan effortlessly. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help guests with any requests. The breakfast selection is delicious, offering a great start to the day. Additionally, guests can enjoy stunning views of Tokyo from the bar or Horizon Club room floors.
The tapas restaurant in the hotel may disappoint those looking for larger portion sizes.

Located nearby transportation, sightseeing, and shopping malls. Spacious room with a magnificent view.
Overrated breakfast and not considered value for money. Limited facilities like the small pool.

The hotel's central location was really convenient for exploring the city. The facilities were up to expectations with a well-equipped fitness room. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
There was some noise from a nearby train station that could be heard in the rooms. Additionally, the fitness room was not very large and could get crowded at times.

The hotel had a very convenient location above Tokyo station, with easy access to airports. The room had a great view of the trains and offered Netflix on the TV. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean with a large bed and panoramic windows. The hotel also had a fitness room and indoor pool, and wifi was free throughout the hotel.
Can't fault anything about it.

The place is near the railway station and gives easy access to travel. The staff is quite cordial and tries to address problems as soon as possible. The best parts are the complimentary breakfast and the efficient room service, all delivered with a friendly smile.
The breakfast spread is just too limited and monotonous. Moreover, the concierge could not guide us to explore the city properly.
